I am still in Munich. Impressions? Lots of Lederhosen shops. thats short leather pants for you people who are not in the know. slick and stylish. oh yeah.

Munich!

I just arrived. I spend the last few days in Berlin. I was just going to pass by but I met a film professor from Detroit who needed to film berlin and so I stayed there getting over my very aweful cold. Yes, people, if you do get sick in Czech repuliblic on sunday expect no pharmacies to be open or any medicine available in supermarkets.

Berlin was pretty hip place with lots of pretty people. Penzlauder Berg is the east part that used to be commie and now its a new place with loads of bars. However all the americans we met in germany are crazy. One crazy vagrant canadian said that Berlin is like 20s democracy and another american from oakland to my question of whether one had seen the Reich building replied that Hitler got his ideas about Holocaust from US goverment who treated Native Americans badly, but he was in Berlin after Amersterdam where he went to smoke some weed to feel total unity and stuff. woo baby.

In Brussels, me and Andrea, asked something of two Portugese boys dressed in flags for the football game. They turned out to be working in Belgian Parliament and offered to give me a tour. I haven't had the time for it yet but I'll do it.

By the way, the motorcycle dude sitting next to me on laptop....smells....

I've been rejected from Karlovy Vary, yes I came the last day of the festival. All these important looking people and 5! press departments that have absolutely no connection with each other. Where is the love i say, where

Los Angeles

My flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles was delayed so I will be heading to Paris on Monday afternoon. I spent yesterday at West Village at LA film festival. I found some BOBA tea! I am very very addicted to it. Thankfully it is becoming so common I don't need to stress out of where my next glass will come from.

I will be spending my time at Disneyland downtown with my friend Billy who lives in Santa Ana. I am at the moment in the Garment District of Los Angeles. Good place to get presents.


My film fesival itinerary is Brussels->Karlovy Vary (czech republic)->Moscow -> Parnu (Estonia) -> Munich (Germany) -> Vienna -> St. Petersburg fest Message to Man.

Hefty trip in 20 days.
